Authorized resellers may purchase activation keys in bulk under separate reseller terms. Resellers are responsible for their own customers, support, pricing, and disputes. We are not liable for any transaction, refund, or dispute between a reseller and their customers.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargeback disputes.
If your account is terminated due to reasons other than a violation of these Terms, and you hold an active paid plan, you may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.
9. Availability
The Software is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Software or its services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. For material changes to paid features, we will provide reasonable notice where possible.
